Why Manifestation Isn't Always Working

On my journey of self-discovery and healing, I've encountered countless souls who, like me, have navigated the intricate maze of trauma and mental health challenges. As someone deeply immersed in the realm of Intuitive Psychic Readings & Guidance, I've delved into the depths of the human psyche, seeking to unravel the threads of our struggles and offer solace along the way. Through my own lived experiences and intimate understanding, I've come to realize that the glossy façade of manifestation often crumbles in the face of real trauma and chronic stress.

Growing up in the confines of a strict religious household, I found myself ensnared in the web of indoctrination, suffocated by the pressure to conform to rigid belief systems. Later, as I journeyed into the realms of spirituality, I encountered the tantalizing promise of manifestation—that everything in my reality was merely a reflection of my choices. Yet, as I grappled with the ghosts of childhood trauma, this notion rang hollow, insubstantial and ultimately, left me feeling once again That there is something wrong with me!

If we cannot control another person's emotions or expectations...

How can a young child be held accountable for the actions of others?

How can people be expected to manifest a positive reality when their basic sense of safety and trust has been shattered?

New Age Spiritual Teachers just LOVE to harp on the Emotional Frequency Scale notion. Stating certain emotions are of a lower frequency than others.

"That is why you need to be positive and High Vibe to manifest and experience a new reality."

Another favorite amongst these communities is to refer to The Observer Effect. The mere action of observing electrons changes how they behave.

"Your thoughts create your reality."

But now I purpose a jarring and uncomfortable question.

If we take into account the results of The Observer Effect, can we then not argue that the initial Emotional Frequency Scale's results were subject to the predisposed beliefs of the individuals who conducted the study and took the measurements and thus, by rule of The Observer Effect were altered to confirm what those individuals already believed?

That their perception of "good" and "bad" emotions had an effect on the results, confirming their own beliefs?

Recently, the notion of Authenticity being the Highest Frequency has gained popularity. And this would explain my contradicting experiences with regards to The Emotional Frequency Scale. Because the times in my life when Real Positive Change would occur, I was DEFINETLY not High Vibe according to that scale. In those times, I lost my Sh!t! I was screaming at God/The Universe. I was uttering profanities to the extent where I would put drunken sailors to shame. I was FURIOUS! Yet lo and behold. My Manifestations would arrive at almost dizzying speed. And even when noting "Manifested", I definitely felt immensely better than when I was drilling my mind with "Positive Affirmations".

My Unique Approach:

In my sessions, I carve out a sacred space for individuals to explore the labyrinth of their beliefs and emotions without fear of judgment. Through intuitive guidance and development, I empower my clients to tap into their innate wisdom, guiding them through the murky waters of trauma and self-discovery.

True healing requires a nuanced understanding of the complexities of trauma, the human mind & brain and recovery. With each session, I strive to offer support, guidance, and a fresh perspective, igniting the spark of empowerment within each soul I encounter.

Swear, Cry, Laugh, Vent! I will be there with you through every step and stage.

While manifestation techniques and positive affirmations may offer temporary relief for some, for others true healing requires a deeper understanding of the complexities of trauma, perception and energy. By offering support, guidance, and a fresh unconventional perspective, I aim to empower individuals to reclaim their agency and rewrite their narratives. My journey and approach may not be conventional. I may not hold a formal a degree, however my lived experiences have taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, compassion, and the power of self-awareness.

In a world that often emphasizes quick fixes and superficial solutions, it's important to remember that healing is a journey, not a destination. By honoring our experiences, embracing our emotions, and seeking support when needed, we can find the strength to overcome even the most daunting challenges. As I continue on my own journey of healing and growth, I invite others to join me in exploring new perspectives, fostering self-compassion, and reclaiming their power to create a life of meaning and fulfillment.
